Newborn care is exhausting. Vivienne is a week old today and we’re mostly keeping it all together. We’ve had some bumps in the road with nursing, but everyone is doing really well adjusting to life with woth a tiny human in the house and we’re mostly getting enough sleep. Adelaide, especially, has adapted really well. She’s so excited to be a big sister and is so loving to Vivi. Any worries I had about her adjustment to not being the baby any more have melted away. She loves to pat and hold Vivi and has been very patient when I can’t do something for her right away. She’s also doubled her efforts to take care of her own baby doll, which is super sweet. She does everything I do for Vivienne with her baby and is pretty much never without her. The perfect little mama. ♥️
