I cannot believe how much Addie has grown in the last year, in no small part thanks to her wonderful teacher and sweet Montessori classroom. It’s been hard sending her off every day while we work – something that we didn’t do as early with her sisters – but she’s blossoming and thriving, and it was so cute to see her excitement when a couple of her little friends came to our house for her birthday party.
At 2, Addie is talking up a storm and doing great with potty training (at school, we’re too lazy to do it at home yet!). She adores her big sisters, who dote on her, and likes taking care of her baby doll. She loves our dog and currently is obsessed with putting blankets on the dog whenever she’s laying down. For months now Addie has been obsessed with balls of any kind and always talks about them. We got her a soccer goal and soccer ball for her birthday…who knows, maybe she’s going to be our sports star.
