Surveying the lake before taking a sunset swim. We are in South Dakota this week, camped along the Missouri River and I’m loving it. It’s peaceful and quiet, cool at night, and surprising beautiful. My prior experience with South Dakota was limited to trips across 90, and the plains/Badlands. Heading further north has been a great adventure filled with beautiful vistas. Wednesday we head to North Dakota, then across Montana next week.
