Halloween is only a week away and I can’t quite believe that I made it this long without talking about pumpkins…because I love pumpkins. Pumpkins we eat:

we carefully choose (sometimes by testing their worthiness as a seat) and bring home.

For the first time, Nora had an opinion about what she wanted to be for Halloween. Initially, I was sort of bummed that she thought of something as standard as a pumpkin, but then I realized it would be perfect because I can be a pumpkin too! I finished sewing her costume about a week ago and it’s already been getting a lot of use, which is just fine by me, because Nora really does make the cutest little pumpkin.
