We got a crib!!!!

My grandma Norma bought us and baby a beautiful crib and today Marc, our friend/neighbor/landlord picked it up from Babies’R’Us for us with his truck and brought it to our house. It’s still in the box because we aren’t sure if it’ll fit in baby’s room with the double bed still up, so here’s a stock photo for now. Real photos to come. Thanks, Grandma; we love it!We also learned from this experience that that the people (teenagers) working at Babies’R’Us are very slow…but I guess that’s what you can expect from a chain store. They messed up our order at the beginning and I had to track down the crib, then Marc spent an hour there today because they couldn’t find it – even after I called to confirm this morning – and then they tried to give him the wrong one. So we owe Marc a giant thanks, too!

I think there might be some homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream coming his way…
