We spent the weekend camping out at Chris’ dad’s farm and the herb garden he’s growing on his deck is inspiring me to put more effort into our little patch. We had a decent garden going this spring but it got totally neglected in the middle of August when we failed to realize our sprinklers were broken for weeks. A plus side of living in Texas is that we can have a pretty decent winter garden, I just have to decide how much time we have to put into tending it.
