A little motivation for myself.
We are in the midst of a huge push this month to launch a satellite brand. I’m on day who knows how many of work without a day off and having been working like crazy to draft content for the new website, develop processes and procedures, and refine pricing structures. Chris and I started noodling around with this idea last spring and we were half working on it around client work, but at the end of August I told him that it was only going to happen if we have a real focus session. So this month, we dedicated our entire team to work on launching the new brand (doing incredibly minimal client work). It’s been a huge investment of capital and people power and I feel like I’m running on fumes preparing to launch in less than 7 days, but it will (I hope) all be worth it if we just keep pushing to the finish line.
