House Flipping: Before and After Renovation

Who likes a good before and after post? Its officially been a year since I moved to Texas and I thought it was about time that I blogged about what I did to “flip” our house. By investing in a renovation, we were able to sell our house for $89k more than we would have otherwise. This is the “after” view of our dining room and kitchen after we took a wall down to half height to create an open floor plan, added a breakfast bar, updated the kitchen counters and backsplash, painted everything and added new carpet.
