We moved Addie’s little toddler bed into Zara’s room yesterday, and out of ours. She’s almost 18 months old and after a few rough nights with her in our bed, we decided to commit to getting her to stay all night in her own bed; a big step was removing the temptation that comes with sleeping right next to Mama’s and Dada’s bed.
It’s going incredibly well on Addie’s side…not a single tear. I, on the other hand, am laying in bed right now thinking about how it wasn’t so long ago that she had this adorably tiny little yawn face…and maybe that it wasn’t so bad having her in our room after all… Ah, the bittersweet moments of #motherhood. #toobigtoofast
