[This is shameless “I have the #besthusbandever” post.] You know that laundry detergent commercial from India that has been going around? The one with the husband who does nothing around the house? I am so incredibly lucky to have a husband who is nothing like that. Last week was a crazy week for our business. I clocked over 60 hours and pretty much only stopped working to sleep. All week long Chris was the primary parent, cooking, entertaining, carting the girls around to dance, and more. Last night I had a big push to get more done and stayed up until 4 am to get a big project to the next phase. I went to bed expecting to have to get up at 8 or 9 and having to spend the entire morning cleaning to make up for how little I did over the week. Well, my #amazing husband let me sleep until 11:30 and when I woke up, he had cleaned everything – living room, girls room, kitchen, bathrooms – EVERYTHING. He didn’t just pick up, he scrubbed and vacuumed and mopped floors. I cannot begin to say how wonderful this man is. He is an incredible teammate and partner and parent and I am even more in love with him now than I was 9 years ago when I said “I do.”

Today I am feeling #grateful, #inawe, #amazed, and oh so #lucky.
