Nora’s #lunchbox yesterday. I am really struggling with getting a protein in there that she will eat. Her school doesn’t allow peanuts. She doesn’t like any of the other nut butters. Though she eats them all at home, she won’t eat eggs or beans and only occasionally eats tree nuts if I pack them in her lunch. Quinoa comes home. Sometimes she will eat these mini mozzarella balls, but refuses any other cheese and yogurt is hit or miss. This week I finally broke down and bought organic lunch meat (which killed me on so many levels) but she only took one bite. Anyone have any ideas for #kidfriendly (preferably vegetarian) lunch box proteins? Or should I just give up on her eating a protein at school?
