Rediscovering Love for Preserving with Apples

After living 11 months in a local food desert, I am finally rediscovering my love of preserving thanks to all the amazing #fortcollins farms and the surprise #apple tree that came with our rental house. I have been bringing in laundry baskets worth of #apples every day for the last few days and it is awesome.
