In case you didn’t already know this about me, I’m a planner. Maybe a little bit obsessively. But I love to plan in all it’s forms: budgeting, party planning, pouring over real estate, vacations nearly a year away, Nora’s Halloween costume…
Yes, you read that right. It’s not even September and I already know what Nora’s first Halloween costume is going to be. (First, because last year I thought it was silly to costume a one month old.)
This year, she’ll be walking and so it’s no longer completely ridiculous to dress her up and let her cuteness get a ton of candy for Chris and me to eat. (Isn’t free candy one of the awesome things about having a kid?) So, part of me had started to think about what she would be because I was thinking about sewing her a costume and I knew that would take time. And just as I was perusing sewing patterns, I found a costume in her size at the take-it-or-leave-it. It was fate.
Costume taken care of, all we need to get are the things that will make it warm. A perfect excuse to buy her some super cute Baby Legs and Bobux.
